Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging Sam Art Studio for any service or accessing our website samartstudio.in, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Sam Art Studio
Sam Art Studio is a digital marketing agency providing services including but not limited to Social Media Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Graphic Design, Website Development, Content Creation, Meta and Google Advertising, and related marketing services.

2. Services
All services offered by Sam Art Studio are digital in nature. Services are delivered as described in the service agreement or proposal confirmed by both parties prior to commencement. We reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time, with prior notice to active clients.
- Service scope and deliverables are defined in the individual service agreement or invoice.
- Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client cooperation and content availability.
- We require access to relevant accounts, assets, and approvals from the client to commence work.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are due as per the agreed schedule at the time of service confirmation.
- Most services require partial or full advance payment before work begins.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other methods available through our payment gateway.
- Invoices unpaid beyond the due date may result in a pause or termination of services.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- GST and applicable taxes will be added as per prevailing government regulations.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, clients are required to:
- Provide accurate business information, brand guidelines, and required assets on time.
- Respond to approvals and feedback requests within the agreed timeframe (typically 48–72 hours).
- Ensure that all content, images, or trademarks provided to us are owned or licensed by the client.
- Not engage in activities that may compromise the platforms or accounts managed by us.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables created specifically for them (logos, designs, content).
- Sam Art Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies used in service delivery.
- Clients may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our proprietary processes or templates.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. Sam Art Studio will not disclose your business strategy, pricing, or client data to any third party without written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sam Art Studio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
- Results dependent on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, etc.) that are outside our control.
- Loss of revenue due to platform algorithm changes, account restrictions, or force majeure events.
- Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or approvals.
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Service Termination
- Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days' written notice.
- Fees paid for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable.
- Upon termination, all client-owned assets and account access will be returned within 7 business days.
- Sam Art Studio reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, under the laws of the Republic of India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
